Boris Bronshteyn
Boris is an accomplished entrepreneur and operator with over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology and business. He has led vision, technology, strategy, and growth for companies across diverse industries, including entertainment, real estate, advertising and marketing, and financial services.
His expertise extends to business transformation and revenue optimization, where he has led turnarounds, unlocked new revenue streams, streamlined operations, and launched global platforms that captivated millions of users. These efforts have notably amplified EBITDA, substantially increased shareholder value, and facilitated successful financial restructuring for the respective companies. Boris is well-versed in mid-market M&A and played a key role in six mid-market acquisitions and a successful 10x sale of an entertainment company to a private equity fund with $8B AUM. Boris excels in envisioning and actualizing complex enterprise technology products and services and has successfully executed a notable exit. Boris holds a BS in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from California State University, Northridge.

Svetlana Bronshteyn
Svetlana has a unique blend of experience spanning two decades across a multitude of business functions in start-ups and Fortune 500 companies with a primary focus on digital transformations. Her experience covers a wide range of industries such as Aerospace, Consumer Goods, Medical Devices, and Financial Services/Insurance. As an early graduate of a prestigious USC MBA program, Svetlana’s initial career focused on financial planning and business performance analysis. Quickly advancing through the ranks and building up new expertise, Svetlana grew into VP roles with responsibilities ranging from product management & development to operational customer success & support to strategic planning to partnerships & vendor management. She managed departmental budgets of $10M, had P&L ownership for up to $400M product lines, launched a new product with over $30M revenue in 1st year, and built and led teams & departments. With an innate focus on value creation, Svetlana subscribes to the philosophy that the ultimate measure of any company’s success is the impact it has on its customers and the market.
